Returns & Refunds

As all our products at Kinect by CGGT are handmade to order we can only accept returns if the item is faulty or unless by prior agreement. 

Returns of Faulty Items

Here at Kinect by CGGT all our products are handmade from high quality materials and are all inspected prior to dispatch. We expect that you will be completely satisfied with the quality of the products you receive. If, however, on the rare occasion your goods are found to be faulty you may return them, unworn and in the original undamaged packaging within 14 days and we will either exchange them or refund your money.

A refund or exchange will not be possible if:

  1. You did not contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  2. The item was not in its original condition or shows signs that is has been
    used and is not returned in the original, undamaged, packaging.

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations of 2013 you may return any item(s) for a full refund within 14 days of receiving it, providing:


  1. You contact Kinect by CGGT by email to within 14 days
    of receiving the item. 

  2. You return the item(s) by post to us at 165 Hoole Street, Sheffield, S6 2WS within
    14 days of notifying us of your decision to return the item(s).

  3. You are responsible for paying the cost of returning the item(s). We strongly recommend that you return items by a signed postal service with a sufficient level of insurance as
    we bear no responsibility for returns lost in the post and cannot issue a refund until the item(s) have been received. 

  4. You return the item(s) unused and in the original state you received them, including
    in the original, undamaged, packaging.




Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. For hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for a refund unless they are faulty or damaged when you receive them. 


As all our items are handmade to order we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at



For any item ordered it is the customers responsibility to ensure they have ordered the correct size. If however you find you have ordered the incorrect size you may return the item to be resized. Each item resized will be charged at £10 and the customer must pay for all postage costs.
